CEE conducts the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) with technical support from NIC.

Process

  1. 1

    Rank list

Only candidates in the rank lists can register options for the matching stream.

  2. 2

    Pay option registration fee

A fee set by CEE is paid before registering options. It is adjusted to the course fee or refunded if there is no allotment.

  3. 3

    Register options

Enter courses and colleges in priority order on the candidate portal. Only listed combinations can be allotted.

  4. 4

    Trial allotment

Run before the first phase closes, to show likely chances.

  5. 5

    Allotment memo

Published online, with the fee to be paid.

  6. 6

    Pay fee and join

Pay at the allotted college and take admission within the schedule.

  7. 7

    Confirm options

Online option confirmation is mandatory before each later phase.

Key rules

  • Options below the allotted one are removed; higher options stay if confirmed.
  • If you do not pay or join, you lose the allotment and all options in that stream.
  • A better later allotment replaces the earlier one automatically.
  • Women's college seats are only for female candidates.
  • Liquidated damages or penalties apply for quitting after admission as per the prospectus.

CAP covers Government, aided, KAU, KVASU, KUFOS, government cost-sharing, private self-financing and autonomous colleges. Allotment is based on rank, options and eligible reservations.

  • Allotment memo and fee receipt.
  • Plus Two mark list and SSLC certificate.
