JAC Delhi is the joint counselling for B.Tech and B.Arch seats at DTU, NSUT, IIIT-Delhi, IGDTUW and DSEU, using JEE Main ranks. It has an 85 percent Delhi Region and 15 percent Outside Delhi quota split, with 7,765 engineering and 90 B.Arch seats in 2026.

About JAC Delhi
JAC Delhi, the Joint Admission Committee for Delhi, runs counselling for B.Tech and B.Arch seats at DTU, NSUT, IIIT-Delhi, IGDTUW and DSEU. It does not hold an entrance test, and merit comes from JEE Main ranks, so applicants must first take JEE Main. Seats are divided between an 85 percent Delhi Region quota and a 15 percent Outside Delhi quota. It suits students who want a government engineering seat in Delhi. JAC Delhi 2026 registration ran from 28 May to 9 June 2026. The 2027 schedule has not been announced yet.

What JAC Delhi is
Joint Admission Counselling Delhi fills B.Tech and B.Arch seats in the Delhi universities through one online process. NSUT acts as the coordinating university. Participating institutes in 2026 were DTU, NSUT, IIIT-Delhi, IGDTUW and DSEU. IIIT-Delhi adds bonus points for verified achievements such as Olympiads, NTSE, coding contests, national sports, chess and fine arts.
Seats are split 85 percent for Delhi Region candidates and 15 percent for Outside Delhi candidates. Delhi Region candidates are those who passed Class 12 or equivalent from a school or institute in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Why there is no pattern, syllabus or admit card tab
JAC Delhi does not hold a test. Admission is on JEE Main ranks, so refer to the JEE Main hub for the pattern, syllabus and admit card. At JAC Delhi you only register, pay the counselling fee, fill choices and verify documents.

No direct admission
NSUT has warned against third-party agents. Admission is merit-based through the NIC portal with no provision for direct admission, management quota or backend entry.
