What CG PET is
The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, known as CG Vyapam, conducts the Pre-Engineering Test. The test ranks candidates for engineering seats in the state, and the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Chhattisgarh runs the counselling at cgdte.admissions.nic.in.
National institutes in the state such as NIT Raipur and IIIT Naya Raipur admit through JoSAA and CSAB, not through CG PET.
