Photo, signature and corrections
The brochure does not publish pixel or file-size limits for the photograph and signature; these are shown on the registration portal. Use a recent photograph, because it appears on the admit card and on the login screen at your exam computer. A correction facility, if any, is announced on the portal, so do not count on one.
Common mistakes
Uploading an old EWS or OBC-NCL certificate (the 2026 brochure needs one issued on or after 1 April 2026), missing the fee deadline, choosing cities carelessly, and skipping the PwD or scribe forms at registration. Documents are checked in detail at the JoSAA seat acceptance stage.
