CENTAC 2027 Cutoff
Updated on 18 October 2026 · Compiled from official Centralised Admission Committee notices
CENTAC does not publish a single cutoff. Closing marks or ranks are released round by round for each college and branch.
How cutoff works
Seat matrix and vacancy lists after each round show which branches filled. We have not verified a closing rank table for 2026, so none is shown here. The vacancy lists posted after Rounds 1, 2 and 3 and the mop-up round on the CENTAC site are the best guide.
Planning tips
- Put Puducherry Technological University branches at the top if your merit is strong.
- Add Women's Engineering College if eligible.
- Keep private colleges as safe options.
Comparing last year's data
Third-party portals publish college-wise CSE closing marks for CENTAC, but their columns and marking basis differ, and we could not open them to verify. Because Puducherry and other-state lists are separate and ranked on different bases, compare yourself only with figures from your own list and category. Look at how closing positions changed from Round 1 to Round 3 and the mop-up round, since seats vacated by upgraded candidates open lower down the list.
