Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry
CENTAC is the Puducherry single window counselling body. It runs no entrance exam of its own. For B.Tech, Puducherry candidates are ranked on Class 12 marks and other-state candidates on JEE Main 2026 scores, followed by online counselling.

Download the CENTAC brochure and check eligibility, reservation and fee for your course.

Register
Create an account on the CENTAC portal with email and mobile number.

Fill the form
Enter personal, community and qualification details, and the JEE Main or Class 12 details as required.

Upload photo and signature
Upload in the prescribed format.
- 5
Pay the fee
Pay by card, net banking or UPI. The fee is non refundable.

Final submit and print
Edits are not allowed after final submission. Keep a printout of the form and fee receipt.

Documents
At reporting, all original certificates are checked and the registration fee is collected. Final admission needs document verification.
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets.
- Community certificate for OBC, MBC, EBC, BCM, SC and ST claims.
- Nativity or residence proof for Puducherry.
- JEE Main score card for other-state candidates.
- Certificates for special reservation such as PwD, ex-servicemen, freedom fighter ward or sports.
