Tripura JEE 2027 Cutoff

Updated on 18 October 2026 · Compiled from official Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination notices

TJEE has a qualifying score and then institution-wise closing ranks that depend on seats offered each year.

Qualifying cut-off

From 2026 the Board applied a cut-off of 10 marks out of 360 for both PCM and PCB. Candidates below it are left out of the merit list and cannot take part in counselling. Individual institutions can also demand minimum Class 12 marks, for instance 45 percent in PCM for UR and 40 percent for SC and ST in several B.Tech seats listed in the 2026 matrix.

Closing ranks

The Board does not print a single cut-off table. The rank that gets a particular seat depends on how many seats each institution gives, how many candidates register and how many accept or surrender seats across rounds. The round-wise allotment lists on tbjee.tripura.gov.in are the primary source for last-rank data. We have not copied rank figures from coaching sites because they could not be verified.

What decides your chance

  • Your rank in the common merit list for your group.
  • Category: seats are split between UR, SC and ST, with ESM and PwD provisions in the matrix.
  • Number of seats in the PCM and PCB matrices, which change from year to year and between rounds.
  • How early you register and fill choices, since a candidate who skips choice filling is not allowed in the next round.
