How the phase schedule works

Every phase has its own application deadline, slot booking window, exam window, result and counselling. SRM says slot booking opens tentatively two days before the exam starts, and the hall ticket is available once a slot is booked.

SRM labelled the 2026 dates as tentative and subject to change, so treat any date as provisional until it appears on the official admission page.

Planning around the dates

• Phase 1 gives the widest choice of campuses and branches, since fewer seats have been filled.
• Later phases suit candidates who need more preparation time or whose board results arrive late.
• Plan your application a few days ahead of each last date; payment confirmation can take up to 24 hours to reflect, according to SRM's FAQ.
