What the score decides
The score gives the admission eligibility and the scholarship category. The 2027 B.Tech page shows tentative score cut-offs out of 400 marks for scholarship Categories A, B and C of 300, 212 and 150, but does not define the categories and says the cut-offs may change. Wait for the current Fee and Scholarship page.
Scorecard and scholarship (as reported by portals)
- Results are reported within about three working days of the test.
- If you sit more than one phase, LPU is reported to use your best score for the merit list.
- The scholarship and admission offer depend on NEST marks; other national scores are accepted for basic admission but not for the institutional scholarship.
- The scorecard is reported to be valid only for the admission cycle in which you sat the test. Download your own PDF, as LPU is reported not to send it by email or SMS.
