Closing ranks for HSTES colleges depend on the round, college, branch and category.
How to use cutoffs
HSTES allots seats by JEE Main rank, so the opening and closing ranks are JEE Main AIR. The brochure does not print past cutoffs, and we have not listed any exact ranks because we could not verify them against an official source. Look for round-wise allotment data on techadmissionshry.gov.in.
Government colleges and university departments such as UIET MDU Rohtak, UIET Kurukshetra and JC Bose YMCA Faridabad typically close at better ranks than private institutes. Compare Round 1 and Round 2 closing ranks before filling choices, since many seats open in the second round.
Cutoff by category
- Rest of Haryana candidates compete for 15% of seats until Round 2.
- Reserved categories are counted separately within the 85% state quota.
- Girls have 25% horizontal reservation in each category.
