Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) B.E./B.Tech admission counselling
HSTES is Haryana's centralised B.E./B.Tech admission process. There is no state entrance test: merit comes from JEE Main rank, and seats are filled in two online counselling rounds followed by institute level admission.

Registration is online only at techadmissionshry.gov.in. There is no printed application form.
Steps to apply

Sign in
Use your JEE Main roll number and PPP ID or Aadhaar number as asked on the portal.

Fill details
Category, sub category and PPP ID details. Haryana details are fetched from PPP.

Upload documents
Photograph (JPG up to 30 KB), signature and certificates in PDF form, each up to the size in the brochure.
- 4
Pay the fee
Pay online by debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.
- 5
Confirm registration
After confirmation, details cannot be edited, except those fetched from PPP.

Documents
- JEE Main 2026 admit card and score card.
- Class 10 certificate for date of birth and Class 12 marksheet.
- Category certificate matched with PPP, issued after 16 July 2024 for BC.
- Domicile certificate or other state proof for Rest of Haryana candidates without PPP.
- Sub category proofs for ESM, FF and PH.
Rules to remember
Unverified PPP data means the candidate is considered under General category only. Get your PPP ID updated and verified before registering.
