Result and rank
The 2026 test was held from 27 April to 2 May 2026 and counselling began on 13 May 2026 per the portal, so results were out within about ten days of the end of the window. HITS has not announced an exact 2027 result date, and one aggregator estimates July 2027 which looks inconsistent with the earlier cycle.
The rank is based on the HITSEEE score. Scholarship slabs depend on this rank, and for board toppers on the board result.
