Symbiosis Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (SIT Pune, conducted through SET)
SITEEE is the entrance test for B.Tech admission at Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune. SIT's 2026 page lists 780 first-year seats, two CBT dates in May 2026, no cut-off and merit lists based on score, branch preferences and seat availability.

SIT states there is no cut-off for SITEEE.
How selection works
Selection is based on your entrance score, the branch preferences you fill and the seats available. Higher scorers get higher-preference branches first. No official branch-wise closing score has been found, so none is printed here.
The SIT page also says that all 2026 first-year B.Tech seats were filled, and that a further merit list will come only if cancellations free up seats.
Estimates on coaching sites
Careers360 and other portals publish expected qualifying scores out of 120 for each branch, but Symbiosis does not release an official standalone SITEEE cutoff and these are unofficial estimates, so we do not print them. Computer Science and AI branches are the first to fill, so a higher score is needed for them.
How to use this
- Pay the Rs 1,000 SIT fee on time, because without it you are not in any merit list.
- Fill branch preferences in true order of choice, since higher scorers get higher preferences first.
- Pay the first instalment within 5 days of a list to lock the branch; those who do not are waitlisted for higher preferences.
