Seats are allotted on rank. If you write more than one phase, the rank is generally based on your best score, but confirm this in the bulletin.
What the rank card shows (as reported)
Reports say a separate merit list is made for each course, ordered by score. For ties, higher Class 12 Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics marks are preferred, then age (CollegeDisha). B.Arch uses NATA scores. Results came out phase by phase in 2026: Phase 1 on 23 April and Phase 2 around 10 to 12 June, as reported.
