AEEE 2027 Cutoff
Updated on 18 October 2026 · Compiled from official Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham notices
Amrita says there is no cutoff system for AEEE or JEE.
What decides your seat
Seat allocation depends on your rank, the number of applicants and your campus and branch preferences, which change every year. Popular branches such as Computer Science at Coimbatore and Bengaluru close at much lower ranks than other branches or campuses.
We could not verify official closing ranks. Community posts quote single data points, but these are unofficial. Use the closing ranks Amrita publishes after CSAP.
Fill preferences carefully
Your preference order in CSAP matters as much as your rank. List all campuses and branches you would accept.
Why no fixed cutoff
The official page states plainly: no cutoff system for AEEE or JEE. Allocation depends on rank, the number of applications and applicant preferences, and these change every year. Seats are also split between AEEE and JEE candidates in the scholarship category, so the same rank can lead to different outcomes depending on how many applicants choose a campus.
- Treat any closing rank on a coaching site as a single-year data point, not a rule.
- Watch the mop-up round, reported for June 2026, since seats left over are filled then.
- Rank across campuses differs: demand is highest for computer science at the larger campuses.
