The admit card is released after you book your test slot.
How to get it
- 1
Book the slot
Log in to the admissions portal and choose city, date and session once slot booking opens.
- 2
Download
Download the admit card from the portal when it is released. For 2026 Phase 2 it came out around 21 April, reported by secondary sources.
- 3
Carry it
Take a printout and a valid photo ID to the centre.
If something is wrong
Report any mismatch in name, photo or centre to the Amrita admissions helpline listed on aeee.amrita.edu before the exam. The site lists two phone numbers, so use the one on the current contact page.
ID and issue rules
The official page says the admit card is provisionally issued to candidates who have successfully booked a slot, so booking comes first. Release dates for 2027 had not been announced. Carry the e-admit card along with one photo ID, and the page lists Aadhaar card, driving licence, PAN card, passport or voter ID as accepted. It gives no further exam-day instructions, so check the admit card itself and the contact page (btech@amrita.edu is listed) for any rule on the day.
