SNUSAT 2027 Eligibility
Updated on 18 October 2026 · Compiled from official Shiv Nadar University notices
Eligibility is set by the programme, not by SNUSAT itself.
B.Tech eligibility
SNU's pages state that a candidate needs Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The B.Tech blog lists a minimum of 65 percent aggregate for General, EWS, OBC-NCL and SC/ST candidates, with Physics and Mathematics mandatory at branch level and Chemistry also for Chemical Engineering.
The snuadmissions.com page, re-checked on 18 October 2026, gives 65 percent aggregate for most programmes and subject conditions that differ by course. Third-party sites quote other figures such as 70 percent in CBSE or ISC, which we could not confirm on an SNU page.
Other points
- There is no separate SNUSAT eligibility beyond the programme criteria.
- Candidates who have not yet got their Class 12 result can apply and are admitted subject to meeting the criteria; confirm this rule in the current brochure.
- Check the brochure for conditions on gap years, international boards and NRI applicants.
