NMIMS CET 2027 Eligibility

Updated on 18 October 2026 · Compiled from official SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies notices

Eligibility is described in the NCET handout. Reported conditions are below.

Academic eligibility

Reports say candidates need 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The minimum aggregate is given as 45 percent in one source and 50 percent in others, so use the figure in the handout. Candidates in Class 12 can usually apply subject to meeting the marks later.

Age and other rules

  • One source says candidates should be below 25 years as of 31 July of the admission year.
  • Lateral entry into the second year is reported for diploma holders; check the handout.
  • NRI and international candidates may have separate score options.

Scores accepted (as reported)

Collegedunia and Career Plan B report that NMIMS accepts NCET and, as an alternative, SAT or ACT scores, and that JEE Main is not accepted for the main B.Tech intake. This is not from an official page we could open, so the NCET handout decides.

Class 12 subjects and final marks

  • Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are the subjects counted, as reported.
  • The reported minimum is 45 percent aggregate in PCM; some pages say 50 percent.
  • If you are in Class 12 you can usually apply, but you must meet the marks and submit your final marksheet before the admission is confirmed.
