MZUEEE is the entrance test Mizoram University uses to fill part of its B.Tech seats in five branches, with a lateral entry option for diploma holders. The 2026 cycle ran from May to July 2026; the 2027 notice is awaited.

Regular entry (first semester)
A candidate must have passed the higher secondary or 10+2 examination, or an equivalent, from a recognised board with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The requirement is relaxed by 5 percent for SC and ST candidates, which makes it 45 percent. Candidates who passed in 2024 or 2025, or who appeared in 2026, were eligible.
The notice lists the age criteria by reference to JEE Main 2026 and the syllabus as per JEE Main 2026. A medical fitness report is mandatory.
Lateral entry (third semester)
Holders of a three-year diploma in engineering in the relevant branch with at least 60 percent marks can apply, with a 5 percent relaxation for SC, ST and PwD candidates. Final-year diploma students could appear provisionally. Admission is subject to seat availability. Some third-party sites give a different SC and ST figure, so follow the official notice.
