Applications for the 2026 cycle were filed online on the Mizoram University admission portal. Use the 2027 notice when it appears.
Steps to apply

Register
Create an account with your name, email and phone number, then activate it with the OTP sent by email.

Complete the profile
Once the profile is submitted it cannot be changed, so check every detail first.

Select the programme
Pick the B.Tech regular entry or lateral entry programme and submit the application.

Upload documents
Upload a passport photo, signature, the medical fitness report and mark sheets.

Pay the fee
Pay online. If money was deducted but the status shows unpaid, wait an hour and use the Check Payment option under Payments.

Choose exam centre
A separate Google form was used in 2026 to opt for an exam centre. If you skip it, the committee allots one and will not entertain changes.

No hard copy needs to be posted. Download and keep the PDF.

Refunds follow the university refund policy at mzu.edu.in/refund-policy.
Documents
- Passport size photograph and signature.
- Medical fitness certificate in the university format, signed by a registered medical practitioner.
- Regular entry: Class 10 and Class 12 certificates and mark sheets. If the result is awaited, upload the admit card or provisional mark sheet.
- Lateral entry: the latest declared diploma mark sheet, entered under the Class 12 or equivalent section. Final-year candidates upload the admit card.
- For family income, choose Not Applicable if you do not have an income certificate.
