CUCET 2027 Counselling
Updated on 18 October 2026 · Compiled from official Chandigarh University, Mohali notices
Chandigarh University handles its own admission process after the test. The CUCET pages describe the test and scholarship but not a round-wise counselling schedule.
After the test
Admission is based on the entrance test unless you meet the exemption criteria. Selected candidates complete the application, document verification and fee payment with the university. The CUCET pages we read do not describe counselling rounds, so check the Application Process page.
Chandigarh University is a private university, so seats are not filled via JoSAA or CSAB.
Points to check with the university
- Whether your exemption (above 90% or JEE rank up to 50,000) also affects your scholarship; the exemption removes the test requirement, not necessarily the scholarship slab.
- Campus and programme: the Punjab campus offers B.E., the Uttar Pradesh campus offers B.Tech.
- Programme-wise eligibility and fees at cuchd.in, as the CUCET site refers to Chandigarh University policy for these.
- Registration closing dates for your chosen phase on the CUCET home page.
