Photo and signature

The notification lists the format and size limits for the photograph and signature uploads. We could not verify the exact pixel and KB limits from the official page, so follow the figures in the current notification.

Correction window

APSCHE opens a correction window after the last date, as in 11-13 April 2026. Some fields such as the stream or name may not be editable. Fix errors during the window, because the hall ticket and rank card take data from the application.

Common mistakes

Wrong local-area details, mismatched date of birth, blurry signature, paying for the wrong stream and missing the late-fee deadline are the usual causes of trouble.
