Goa Common Entrance Test (Goa professional degree admissions, DTE Goa)
For the 2026-27 session, DTE Goa admitted students to B.E. on JEE Main 2026 scores, not on a separate GCET paper. This page explains the Goa admission route as given in the official DTE prospectus.

There is no GCET result for the 2026-27 B.E. admissions. Merit lists are prepared by DTE from national scores.
Eligibility and merit lists

Eligibility list
DTE displays an eligibility list with remarks on shortfalls. Report errors in writing within 24 hours.

Provisional merit list
Lists are displayed course and category wise, based on JEE Main AIR or score for engineering.

Verify your merit position
Errors must again be reported within 24 hours to the Chairman, Admission Committee.

Final merit list
Merit lists are displayed on dte.goa.gov.in as per the notified schedule.
How merit is decided
- Engineering: JEE Main 2026 rank or score only.
- Pharmacy: best aggregate percentile in Physics and Chemistry from JEE Main or NEET.
- Architecture: NATA and HSSC marks in a 1:1 ratio; ties go to higher NATA marks, then higher Maths marks, then earlier date of birth.
Old GCET results
The DTE site still hosts GCET results and answer keys in its results and archives sections. Those relate to earlier years when a GCET was held and are not used for 2026-27 engineering merit.
