JoSAA 2026 Document Verification

Online document upload + Physical reporting at allotted institute

JoSAA 2026 Document Verification Checklist

Document verification confirms that your identity, academic eligibility, category status and exam details match the seat allotted through JoSAA. Keep scanned copies clear, readable and consistent with the details entered during JEE Main, JEE Advanced and JoSAA registration.

Pay special attention to category certificates, PwD documents, Class 12 marksheet, date-of-birth proof and photo ID. If JoSAA raises a query, respond before the deadline; ignoring a query can lead to seat cancellation even after allotment.

Before uploading, match your name, category, gender and qualifying exam details across all documents. Small mismatches should be resolved early through the official query process.
