A set share of seats within each category is reserved for PwD candidates within that category. This means a PwD candidate is always compared against candidates of their own base category, not against the general PwD population.

Practically, this means the PwD qualifying cutoff mirrors the base category's qualifying cutoff — there is no separate, lower PwD cutoff line. What differs is that, within the base category's merit list, a parallel PwD sub-list is maintained so that PwD seats can be filled from PwD-certified candidates specifically.
