Online Registration
Register at wbjeeb.nic.in after WBJEE results. Pay the counselling registration fee online.
Counselling Fee Payment
Pay the counselling fee (approx. ₹500–₹1,000 depending on category) during registration.
Choice Filling & Locking
Fill and prioritize institute-course combinations. Lock choices before the deadline — no changes after locking.
Seat Allotment
Allotment based on WBJEE rank, choices filled, and category. Results published after each round.
Seat Acceptance Fee Payment
Pay seat acceptance fee online to confirm your allotted seat. Failure to pay within deadline cancels allotment.
Document Verification
Upload/submit Class 10/12 marksheets, WBJEE rank card, domicile certificate (WB students), and category certificate.
Admission at Allotted Institute
Report physically to the allotted institute with original documents to complete admission.
