Chandigarh University Admission 2026 – Eligibility, Fees & Process

Everything you need to know about B.Tech admission at Chandigarh University, Mohali for the 2026 intake

About Chandigarh University Admission 2026

Chandigarh University (CU), located in Mohali near Chandigarh, is one of India's largest private universities and a popular choice for students who want strong industry exposure without going through JoSAA/CSAB counselling. B.Tech admission is primarily based on CUCET (Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test) scores, Class 12 marks, or a valid JEE Main score — students can choose whichever route suits them best.

Unlike NITs and IIITs, Chandigarh University does not use a centralized counselling process. Applicants apply directly through the university's admission portal, and seats are offered based on merit and availability on a rolling basis.
