B.Tech: 75% (Gen)/70% (OBC-NCL)/65% (SC/ST/PwD) in 12th with PCM | M.Tech: GATE Score + B.Tech in relevant field
Valid score in JEE Main or GATE (for M.Tech) or JoSAA Counselling
Admissions through JoSAA counselling based on JEE Main rank for B.Tech. M.Tech admissions through GATE score. Reservation as per government norms with special focus on Northeast region and BTC (Bodoland Territorial Council) area.
