What Students Love
- ✓The location is very convenient, as it is near Okhla Bird Sanctuary metro station and shared autos cost only around 20 rupees.
- ✓The environment is good and social life is fun, with many facilities such as restaurants, a gym, departmental stores, and even a parlour available on campus.
- ✓Some teachers sometimes give unofficial dummy classes, which students find helpful because they receive attendance without needing to attend in person.
- ✓There are many restaurants inside the campus like Subway, Domino's, Bikano, Pita, Amul, Dosa Plaza, and Wall Street, so students can enjoy food without leaving campus.
- ✓The facilities are good, and the classrooms are fully air-conditioned. One of the best things about Amity is Arcadia, where students can enjoy games like pool and bowling.
Areas of Improvement
- ✕ICAR affiliation is still pending, even though many other private colleges have already received it.
- ✕The biggest problem students face is the strict 75% attendance requirement in every subject. If it is not met, students are debarred from exams without exception.
- ✕There are unnecessary breaks between classes, and sometimes students have to stay from 9 AM to 5 PM just to attend only 3 or 4 classes.
- ✕Books are delivered very late, sometimes even when exams are only 10 days away.
- ✕The placement program is not very good, as many visiting companies focus mainly on sales roles.
