JEE Main 2026 consists of two papers:

Paper 1 (B.E/B.Tech):

• •Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
• •Total Questions: 90 (30 from each subject)
• •Total Marks: 300
• •Question Types: MCQs (20) + Numerical Value (10) per subject

Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Plan):

• •Mathematics: 30 questions
• •Aptitude Test: 50 questions
• •Drawing Test (B.Arch only): 2 questions
• •Planning-based questions (B.Plan only): 25 questions

Marking Scheme:

• •Correct answer: +4 marks
• •Incorrect answer: -1 mark
• •Unanswered: 0 marks
